Transport yourself to another world at the Lunar Landing Party at Le Colonial on Thursday, July 18th! In celebration of the 50th anniversary of the lunar landing, Le Colonial will crank back the ages and turn up the volume with a live DJ featuring the best hits of the era. Check it out tonight beginning at 7:00 p.m.!
Donned in astronaut attire, Le Colonial staff will be serving complimentary bites and cosmic-themed cocktails.
Running footage of the actual landing will be projected throughout the space as you dance the night away!
Proceeds from the Lunar Landing Party will benefit St. Jude Children’s Hospital. St. Jude is leading the way the world understands, treats and defeats childhood cancer and other life-threatening diseases. The mission of St. Jude is to advance cures, and means of prevention, for pediatric catastrophic diseases through research and treatment.
Designed to capture a bygone era of sophistication and opulence, Le Colonial is a celebration of the seductive spirit and vivid flavors of 1920’s French Colonial Southeast Asia, located in the heart of one of America’s largest and most diverse cities. Executive Chef Team Nicole Routhier and Hassan Obaye have reimagined culinary traditions from the region and added contemporary touches to create a menu that deftly balances classic Vietnamese comfort foods and delicate fusions of French-Asian cuisine.
